Prayer Request

Hi, Everyone!

Some of you may already know that my father was hospitalized on Friday. He was born with deformed kidney's and has battled kidney stones his whole life. After arriving at the hospital they told him that he had several stones in his bladder and several in each kidney including one that was 11 mm and blocking urinary flow. His blood was 90% septic when he was admitted. They performed two emergency surgeries on Saturday trying to unblock his kidney's so they could break up the stones. They were unsuccessful. They did another surgery to give him a drainage bag directly from his kidney to try and relieve the swelling so that they could put a stint in and continue antibiotics to get rid of the infection. The antibiotics are working, but they can't do the operation they need to because he doesn't have insurance. They are sending him home(with the bag draining his kidney's) to get paperwork together and apply for medicaid.

Please be praying not only for healing, but that his application will be processed quickly and he can get back to the hospital and get the surgery he needs. He is in a lot of pain and won't be on the pain meds while at home or have the 24 hour care that he needs.
